FOUNDERS

Young Professionals was founded in 2023 by Faye Orlove and Hadley Rosenbaum. Through prioritizing labor and artistry of women, people of color, and the queer community, YP LLC boasts a competitive roster of artists, copywriters, producers, and strategists. YP LLC is committed to projects that amplify marginalized voices.

    Faye (she/her) is a Los Angeles–based artist, creative director, and activist renowned for her bold visual storytelling and commitment to amplifying marginalized voices.

    In 2015, Orlove founded Junior High, a nonprofit community arts space that prioritizes the safety and expression of female, queer, nonbinary, and artists of color. Under her leadership (2015-2023), Junior High became a vital cultural hub, hosting hundreds of events and earning acclaim from outlets like Nylon, Bustle, The Los Angeles Times, and Google.

    Orlove has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, including Teen Vogue, Fader, Brie Larson, and Jennette McCurdy—designing the cover for McCurdy’s bestselling memoir, I'm Glad My Mom Died. Her work blends pop culture, activism, and humor, making her a standout voice in contemporary art and community organizing.

    Hadley (she/her) is a Los Angeles–based interdisciplinary artist whose practice spans photography, filmmaking, installation, and sculpture. Her work often explores identity, memory, and constructed realities through layered visual storytelling.

    Rosenbaum holds a BA in Film & Television from Syracuse University (2015) and an MFA from the ArtCenter College of Design (2025). Her work has been presented in numerous solo exhibitions and group shows across Los Angeles.

    Rosenbaum has worked with a range of brands, including Marie Claire, ContentMode, Soho House and The Hollywood Reporter. Her work utilizes dark humor to challenge power structures, western popular culture, and our own understanding of individuality.
